So I'm a huge nerd. I was just telling my wonderfully beautiful older sister about my fascination with the fact that although my World Literature class isn't covering any English speaking authors, I am in American Literature as well and we are covering the same time periods at the same time...so I am actually getting an idea of what is going on here and in Europe at the same time! And I'm being 100% serious..I am really intrigued by how, although there's a huge ocean between the continents, the writers of that time period are all touching on the same topics. This is proof that switching from Architecture to English was a good idea for me.
Other than me being a total dork because I like what we're studying in school right now, I got a new phone! LG Incite. Totally love it. AND I got over 50% off because Brent works at RadioShack and I used his employee discount:-). YAY. So its pretty and shiny...touch screen with windows mobile...much better than my other phone in what I can do with it. WiFi so I can have internet on my phone for free and all. Exciting!
My roommate moved out this past Saturday...turned in her keys to the front office and everything already, although she doesn't have to be out until next Friday. Whatever. So I have the apartment to myself for the next two weeks!! Gotta say, I love it! Having my dishes where they're supposed to be, not having broken cups, having the small forks with the small forks and the big forks with the big forks, and being able to fit the maximum amount of dishes in the dishwasher and still get cleaned (organizational tactics :-) )...yes I am a little OCD when it comes to my kitchen..so what? Its clean and organized, but not terribly overbearingly clean...it can get messy and I wont freak out. I just like to have things organized when they're put away.
Everyone is getting married. This Saturday, I am going to a wedding...and then after the wedding...i'm going to an engagement party. I have a wedding to go to next month aswell. Then i go on facebook and see all of these people that I know with husbands and babies. Goodness.... Its ok though cause I dont want to get married right now. I want to finish school...that is my main priority right now. After school is over and done with I will worry about whats next.
